01 / A WEBSITE WITH A CLEAR JOB

Choose the right start.
Build around your goals.

A focused page for one offer, or a complete home for your business. We’ll agree what belongs in your website before the build begins.

01

Landing pages

A focused page for one service or offer. Help visitors understand why it matters and how to get in touch.

A good fit for: a single offer, a new service, or a link from your social profile.

  • One page for one offer, with a clear call or enquiry action
  • Layout and design for phones and desktop
  • Agreed launch checks and handover

Custom managed website

For businesses that want ongoing management, monthly SEO work, and a scope tailored to their needs.

Discuss a Custom Plan

These are starting prices for the build. Your quote lists any domain, hosting, software, or ongoing service fees separately.

Not sure which one you need?

Start with your goal. A finished brief, logo, or fixed budget isn’t required for the first conversation. Any content, branding, or extra functionality needs will be clarified before the scope is agreed.

Explain what you do and who it is for, without making visitors search for the basics.

02

Make contact easier.

Put the next step where people need it, with a simple route to start a conversation.

03

Know what you’re getting.

Review the scope, costs, milestones, and handover before committing to the build.

LIVE WORK

A website you can try.

LIVE PROJECT · SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

Top Auto Glass

I built this site for Top Auto Glass, a mobile auto glass repair and replacement business serving the San Francisco Bay Area. The goal was to help drivers quickly see whether the business serves their area, what it can fix, and how to ask for a quote.

  • Homepage: puts the service area, phone number, and quote request near the top.
  • Services: gives drivers a separate page to look up the type of repair they need.
  • Contact: gives people a dedicated place to ask for a quote.

PERSONAL PROJECT · AZIZ EXMATI

Building this website

I wanted visitors to understand my services, explore different design directions, and get in touch without committing to a project.

  • Two service options explain when a landing page or a fuller site makes sense.
  • Interactive concepts show different styles before a buyer commissions design work.
  • Direct contact links let visitors start with one question.

A PERSON, NOT JUST A CONTACT FORM

Let’s make the
complicated clearer.

I’m Aziz Exmati. I build websites around a simple question: what should this help your business do?

We’ll start with your goals, your customers, and what you need now. From there, we can agree on a focused plan, explain the decisions, and build something that feels like your business.

03 / FROM IDEA TO HANDOVER

No guessing
what happens next.

A clear process gives your project room to move forward. Deliverables, milestones, and payment terms are agreed in your proposal.

01 / DISCOVER

Tell me the big picture.

Share your business, goals, budget range, and ideas. We’ll clarify what the website needs to achieve.

02 / AGREE

A plan you can review.

Review the proposal, scope, timeline, and a negotiable deposit. Work starts after agreement and the agreed deposit.

03 / CREATE

Build. Review. Refine.

Design and development follow the agreed direction, with review points and revisions defined in the proposal.

04 / HAND OVER

Ready for your next chapter.

After approval and final payment, receive the agreed website files, access, and handover guidance.

BEFORE YOU PAY

Know what you’re agreeing to.

You’ll see the price, the work, and what you’ll receive in writing before you decide whether to go ahead.

Sample scope for a service business

Home, Services, and Contact pages, with a click-to-call link and an email contact option. You supply the service details and photos. We review the design before launch, then I walk you through the handover.

Here’s what the written proposal would confirm before you pay.

Scope and schedule
Pages and features, who supplies the copy and photos, milestones, and when I’ll need your feedback.
Price and payment
The total build price, any deposit and when payments are due, plus optional work and recurring third-party fees.
Revisions and changes
How many revision rounds are included and how I’ll quote extra work for your approval.
If the project pauses or stops
What happens to payments and completed work if either side needs to cancel or pause.
Ownership and handover
Who controls the domain and hosting, what files and access you receive, and any third-party licences.
After launch
Which fixes or updates are included, for how long, and what ongoing help would cost separately.

04 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
say hello.

Have something else in mind?
Put it in your project brief.

Ask about your project
What will my website cost?

A basic site of up to five pages starts at $499 USD. Lead management starts at $699 and the dashboard package starts at $1,099. See the pricing options for what each includes. Your written quote separates the build, optional extras, and ongoing costs.

How long will it take?

The timeline depends on scope and how ready your content and feedback are. We’ll agree on milestones in the proposal. If you have a launch date, include it in your brief so we can discuss feasibility.

Will it work on mobile?

The design will account for phones, tablets, and desktop screens. Responsive layouts and practical navigation are part of the website scope, with checks on the agreed browsers and devices.

Will I own my website?

Ownership, source files, accounts, and handover are defined in the proposal. The plan is to hand over the agreed website after final payment. Third-party tools, fonts, and assets may have their own licences.

Can you help with my domain and hosting?

Yes, we can include setup guidance in the scope. Existing domains can be used. Hosting options depend on your website; a static website may fit a free tier, while extra services may carry ongoing costs. Any costs will be discussed first.

What if I don’t have a logo or content?

Tell me what you have and what you need. We’ll identify what content and brand assets the website needs, what you can provide, and any gaps to resolve before building. You don’t need a finished brief to start the conversation.

How do payments and changes work?

The proposal sets out a negotiable deposit, payment milestones, revision rounds, and final balance. Requests outside the agreed scope are discussed and priced before additional work. Final handover follows final payment.

Do I need a full brief to get started?

No. Your name, email, and a short description of what you need are enough to start shaping a brief. Budget and project details can be discussed. The next step is a conversation, not a payment.

Can I update the website after handover?

Tell me what you expect to change regularly. The proposal will explain how updates will work and whether ongoing help is included, separately scoped, or handled by you.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION
